By scheduling or paying for any service offered through paulaczyz.com, Paula Czyz LLC., and/or by communicating with Paula Czyz in any fashion you are attesting that you have read and understand this legal disclaimer and terms of services. Further, you attest that you understand and willingly enter into, agree with, and accept the following:
1. You are 18 years or older.
2. Paula Czyz LLC. prides itself on honesty and integrity. While Paula conducts every reading and coaching session to the best of her ability, 100% accuracy is not guaranteed and you may not hear what you are expecting to.
3. All readings, coaching sessions, and consultations with Paula Czyz LLC. are for entertainment purposes only. This includes information obtained on www.paulaczyz.com, Paula Czyz’s social media platforms, Podcast and Youtube channel.
4. No reading or coaching session given by Paula Czyz or is intended to, nor should it ever take the place of professional services including but not limited to: medical, legal, financial, business, psychological, therapy, and/or counseling.
5. Paula Czyz LLC and www.paulaczyz.com accepts no liability and/or responsibility for any actions or decisions any client chooses to take or make based on his/her reading or consultation with Paula Czyz as well as content created by Paula Czyz including but not limited to youtube videos, blog posts, and workshops.
6. Anti-Harassment: Client acknowledges and agrees that verbal abuse and/or harassment of any kind towards Paula Czyz is unacceptable and shall be grounds for Paula Czyz to cease services immediately.
7. You agree to absolutely indemnify and hold harmless Paula Czyz LLC and Paula Czyz and her heirs, relatives, employees, subcontractors, agents, or assignees in perpetuity and throughout all known and unknown universes.
8. Copyright and Confidentiality laws apply. You agree you will not publish, share, display, distribute, and/or archive any material, photo, video, content, etc without written permission from Paula Czyz.
9. Social Media: You may share my content on appropriate social media outlets as long as appropriate attribution is given.
10. You have read and understand our Privacy Policy.
11. Payment Policies: Readings and coaching sessions must be scheduled and paid for in advance. Sessions may be cancelled with a 100% refund as long as written notice is given 48 hours in advance. Any session canceled without 48 hours notice and due to a non emergency is subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
You have had the chance and have taken the time to ask any and all questions, you fully understand and of your own free will, choose to enter into this legal and binding disclaimer and terms of service agreement.
